description
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SEALING A BLANK IN A WALL TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a system and method for sealing an empty box in a wall according to the independent claims. The invention also relates to an elastic sleeve for use in such a system and to a method for producing a sleeve according to the invention in accordance with the further independent claims.
STATE OF THE ART
In the wind and airtight production and design of rooms, especially in renovation and renovation, usually a so-called wind paper on the building outside and airtightness paper or a vapor barrier is applied to the building inside. In the case of subsequent electrical installations, in particular with recessed cans, empty cans, electric drop-off boxes, distribution boxes, etc., however, the air-sealing layer must be separated again. Therefore, numerous seals are already known from the prior art in order to seal the connection between the empty or installation boxes.
CH698127 describes an installation box for electrical purposes, in particular it is a built-in box or a cavity wall box. It is in particular proposed that the design is formed by at least one perforation, the diameter of the durchzusteckenden empty tube, cable or the like is closely adjusted, and that at least the perforation is closed by a layer of soft material, in particular plastic material, which is of the durchzusteckenden empty tube or cable is pierced.
DE10333499 relates to a cable feedthrough plate having a rigid frame, which has at least one frame opening for the passage of a cable, and with a cross-section of the frame opening spanning elastomeric partition, which has a passage opening for the cable. There is provided a plug through which the frame opening can be closed.
CH434411 relates to an electrical installation box, in particular a Unterputzeinlasskasten, with at least one intended for the introduction of a pipe point. The tube insertion point has a splinter-free and crack-free puncturable membrane whose cross-sectional thickness increases steadily from the center of the membrane against the periphery.
EP1986299 discloses a box for electrical cables in walls.
The basic problem with these embodiments, however, is that the drafts between the empty box and the bulge or the opening which projects into the wall or insulation layer is still given in particular in building outer walls, since the airtightness paper is broken. A clean seal through the tightness paper is disadvantageously very time consuming and therefore costly.
PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION
It is an object of the invention to provide a system in which in particular the draft between an empty can and the sinking in the wall in which the empty can is prevented.
It is another object of the invention to provide a method in which the cost of the draft between an empty can and the sinking in the wall in which the empty can is prevented. This method should in particular be less time-consuming and easy to implement. According to the invention, this object is achieved in a system according to the preamble of claim 1 in that there is an elastic sleeve between the empty can and the masonry through which the or the conduits are guided, wherein the points at which the conduit or conduits are passed through the sleeve, reinforced and sealed by support rings, and wherein the elastic sleeve is secured to the outer edge of the opening with a fastening tab.
These objects are also achieved in a method according to the independent method claim.
Advantageously, the elastic sleeve is glued to the outer edge of the opening on the insulating layer or the tightness paper with the fastening tab. Advantageously, the cuff can be made of latex, silicone or rubber, and a plurality of support rings of different sizes and diameters can be incorporated in the cuff to carry conduits of various sizes and diameters. The fastening tab and the support rings may be made of a thin and flexible or rigid polyurethane, PVC or CA (cyanoacrylate) hinge-sheet plastic.
The objects of the invention are achieved by an elastic sleeve and by a method for producing such a sleeve according to the independent method claims.
Advantageously, the opening in the wall is completely sealed by the existing invention. The cuff can not create a draft between the empty can and the opening in the wall or between the conduits and the cuff because the cuff has a corresponding sealing effect. The cuff according to the invention and the system according to the invention, in particular, circulate the draft of air created by the severed air or windproof layer and circulating behind the inner lining and e.g. in the skirting area in the living area, entry or exit prevented. It also has no optical disadvantages, since the empty box and wall covering completely covers the cuff and its bonding.
Further advantageous embodiments are specified in the subclaims. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying figure, which shows an overall view of a system according to the invention.
WAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The inventive system 1 for sealing an empty can 7 in a wall is shown in the single figure. The wall consists of a masonry 2, an insulating layer 3 located on the masonry 2, a wind or airtightness paper 4 located on the insulating layer 3 and an inner lining 5 thereon. Between the inner lining 5 and the tightness paper or the insulating layer 3 a smaller or larger construction and / or processing-related air gap exist. Parquet 6 or another floor covering, for example, adjoins the inner lining 5 on the ground. The wind or impermeable paper 4 is normally glued underneath the floor covering and due to the system. The masonry 2 may be in particular a building outer wall.
In the wall there is a hole, a sink or an opening into which the empty box 7 is inserted. The sinking in the wall extends in the example shown into the insulating layer 3, wherein the leaktight paper 4 is severed. The sinking can also extend to the masonry. From the masonry and / or from the insulation layer or are during installation of the empty boxes 7 different conduits 8 or cable (for example, for electrical installations) through openings 71 in the empty box 7 out. According to the invention, between the empty can 7 and the insulating layer 3 there is an elastic sleeve 9, through which the empty tube or tubes 8 are guided. This elastic sleeve 9 is made of a flexible and very stretchable material such as latex, silicone, rubber, etc. The sleeve 9 corresponds in shape to a bag which is slightly larger than the product to be mounted below, on one side of which an opening slightly larger than the following assembly product (such as the empty box 7, the opening in the wall, etc) is incorporated. It is generally used here empty boxes 7, as they are common for switches or sockets. In the context of the invention, however, can generally be submerged boxes, boxes for electric sheets, junction boxes, etc. The size of the cans does not matter, the inventive sleeve 9 is designed according to the size of the opening. The elastic sleeve 9 is attached to the outer edge of the opening in the wall on the insulating layer 3 or the tightness paper 4 with a circumferential fastening tab 91 and is preferably glued there. The gluing can be done by the tab 91 being self-adhesive, in which double-sided adhesive tape has been applied to the tab 91, or that the tab 91 is adhesively bonded from the outside with an adhesive tape. The fastening tab 91 is preferably approximately perpendicular to the bag and is made of the same material. In the circumferential fastening tab 91, a thin, flexible or rigid polyurethane ring, PVC ring or CA Hinge-sheet ring is incorporated in the preparation of the cuff, the cuff opening the intended or required shape (round, square, etc.) the subsequently to be assembled parts (such as the empty box 7) and a corresponding rigidity. In the sleeve 9, additional thin, flexible or rigid support rings 92 made of polyurethane, PVC or CA hinge sheet are incorporated in a laminating manner during the manufacturing process. The support rings 92 ensure that the introduced empty pipe is uniformly enclosed and sealed by the elastic sleeve material even under strong sideways load (pull / push). The inner diameter of the support rings is slightly larger than the duct or cable to be performed and the outer diameter is selected so that a sufficient stability of the support rings is present. Several support rings 92 in different sizes and diameters are incorporated according to the pipe diameter variable in the sleeve 9. The incorporated support rings 92 should not touch and have a predetermined distance from each other, so that the flexibility of the entire sleeve is still guaranteed.
Instead of the support rings at the proposed implementation sites for cable pipes or lines, the required stability is ensured in the manufacture of the sleeve, characterized in that a ring-like bead is configured during the manufacturing process of the sleeve of the same material. This bead is a thickening of the material in the required places.
According to the invention, the latex layer is perforated or perforated within one or more support rings 92 in the center to perform the or the inner diameter corresponding to the empty tubes or cables. When carrying out the corresponding pipes or cables encloses now, the existing within the support rings latex, the performed conduits and cables air and windproof with the desired voltage.
The invention also relates to a method for sealing an empty box 7 in the wall described above. First, an opening or sinking is introduced into the wall already mentioned, in which then an empty box 7 is inserted, wherein one or more conduits 8, which come from the masonry or from the insulating layer, are guided into the empty box 7. According to the invention, however, before the insertion of the empty box 7 and before attaching the inner lining, the cuff can be used even with fully assembled interior linings, on the wall, the elastic sleeve 9 is inserted into the opening, at the same time the or the empty tubes 8 through the sealing Support rings 92 of the sleeve 9 are guided, and wherein the elastic sleeve 9 is fixed to the outer edge of the opening on the insulating layer 3 or the tightness paper 4 with the fastening tab 92. The process step of introducing the sleeve 9 is advantageously possible in a few steps and with little expenditure of time. According to the invention, due to the given elasticity and flexibility of the sleeve, all conduits and / or cables carried out remain free and flexible in every direction. If necessary, they can be back-pressed or tightened, which is particularly important and stressed in subsequent work processes, assembly of the empty box, etc.
The invention also relates to a sleeve 9 and a method for producing such a sleeve 9 with support rings 92 and mounting tab 91. Since the sleeves 9 can be prefabricated, they are in the installation of empty boxes in remodeling and renovation work and others electrical installations are already advantageously available. They can thus be used in a few minutes in the opening and glued.
Advantageously, the opening in the wall is completely abge-sealed by the existing invention. Through the sleeve 9, no draft between the can 7 and the opening in the wall and between the conduits 8 and the sleeve 9 arise because the sleeve 9 has a corresponding sealing effect. It also has no optical disadvantages, since the empty box 7 and later the inner lining 5 completely covers the cuff.
The invention is not limited to the embodiment but in the context of the disclosure and the claims often variable.
